Forward : Arvernan was a small settlement that had members from the races of the Humans, Elfs, and Dwarfs. It had a population of nion 70 and a Monarch who at the time was a human nammed Gharvan. He was ussually a peacful and level headed leader but when set on a goal he was unyeilding.
