He accused me of torturing a suspect, which I have not done, and was acting very suspicious about a confirmed Undead safehouse within the military district itself. The only way it could have got there is through Felix allowing it to be built, and he wanted us to leave the building as soon as we enter -ed it . It seems he is trying to hide something.
